What is a Business Plan?
A
business plan is a 15 to 45+ page document describing an entrepreneurial
venture. The plan can be for a start-up company or for an existing
business. Primarily, business plans are used by companies seeking funds
from banks, grants, or investors. However, it is recommended that every
business have a business plan which clearly describes the marketing,
operations, finances, and direction of the company.

The service that BPlanz offers is only the
construction of the business plan document. By its creation, BPlanz does
not guarantee the success of a client's ability to acquire capital,
support, or loans for the entrepreneurial venture. The decision to grant
capital or even a commitment to grant capital is never solely based on a
business plan. However, if it is an issue involving the business plan
that is keeping a venture from moving forward its objective, BPlanz is
committed to help in any way.
BPlanz does not guarantee the success of the client's
venture. The success of a business venture is never solely based on the
planning, but rather on how the management team executes the initial
plan or any evolution of it.
BPlanz is in no way responsible for the execution of
the business venture even if the client's management team relies on the
BPlanz document.
BPlanz is not held liable or responsible for whether
or not a client's management team decides to act on the business
strategies outlined in the business plan.
The contents of the BPlanz business plan are based
solely on the information provided by the client and other standard
industry references (census.gov, Dun & Bradstreet, etc.).
Once the client agrees on and understands the final
draft of the BPlanz business plan, BPlanz relinquishes all ownership or
responsibility of the business plan. The client and owner of the
business plan may do with it as he or she wishes.
